Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Zephyra purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to start a return: Contact us at support@zephyra.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and a return address.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped in error.
